February 2021 Launch Intensive

• Self-directed training – we will prepare you for the LIVE event with training focused on running/debriefing your pilot.
• Two-day LIVE training – join our Rooted Network team LIVE for two half-days on Wednesday, February 17th (11a-330p PST) & Thursday, February 18th (10a-3p PST) as we dive into the core concepts of Rooted. We’ll cover preparing for launch, equipping the facilitator, transformational discipleship, and leading through change, to name a few!
• Contextual coaching – throughout the event you will have access to our regional coaches who will help answer questions and ensure you leave the event confident in your next steps.
• Access to training content for 60 days post-event – get access to training content through the end of the year and use it to train any staff or key volunteers who could not make the two-day training.
