Because facilitating Rooted in your church is more than a 10-week curriculum, we host the Virtual Launch Intensive with the goal to train and equip you to launch Rooted with excellence.

Who is this event for? For the church leader whose church:

• Has recently completed the pilot experience
• Will be finishing the pilot experience in Spring 2022
• Is currently facilitating Rooted but has never attended a Launch Intensive event
• Has new staff in your church that are responsible for Rooted and needs training, even if the church has attended a Launch Intensive training in the past

Hosted by the Rooted Network team, we will be joined by church leaders currently facilitating Rooted in their church. We will walk through what it looks like to launch Rooted within your context. You’ll learn best practices of:

• Facilitator training
• Dynamics of change
• Creating experiences
• Story-telling
• The nuts and bolts of Rooted
• Strategies to shift your culture towards intentional disciple-building
• And more!

We encourage bringing those who will be championing your Rooted experience, including your senior leaders.
